Our Story
From Our Farm to Your Table
Aidan's has been part of Main Street, Carrick-on-Shannon since 1880. The shopfront you see today is the same one that opened its doors over a century ago. Timber-panelled, with the original sash windows above and the carriage arch beside it.
What hasn't changed is the principle: rear it ourselves, slaughter it locally, sell it fresh. All our beef and lamb comes from our own farm. We know every animal. We control every step. That's not marketing talk. That's how we've always done it.
The pork, bacon, and poultry come from local suppliers we've worked with for years. Full traceability on every cut. If you want to know where your dinner came from, we can tell you.
